Free Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

We offer Free delivery on all purchases over £50.00 to UK mainland customers (except Scottish Highlands - please contact us for quote)

Ordered goods will usually arrive within 4 working days for most of the UK mainland. Baskets with a total value of £50.00 and over qualify for FREE UK delivery. Baskets with a total value of below £50.00 will incur a £3.99 delivery charge.

We will endeavour to dispatch all purchased items within 48 hours of payment received.

We ship all items by either Royal Mail 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Courier Service depending on weight and value. A signature may be required upon delivery.

International deliveries will be made by one of Royal Mail's signed for Airmail delivery services. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Returns

If for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us in the first instance. We will always strive to resolve any issues you may have. We accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. In addition to this we may be able to exchange or refund items returned within 30 days if they are unused and in perfect condition but a small re-delivery charge may apply, please contact us by email to discuss this before sending goods back within this time frame.

Please note, that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us for returns or exchanges.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty items that are under manufacturers warranty can be returned to us and if found to be faulty will be refunded or replaced, this is subject to inspection by the manufacturer. Please contact us for a returns authorisation before sending, if found not to be faulty then we may have to charge for any re-posting costs and will be unable to cover your return costs.

In the event that we've sent the wrong item ordered or the product is defective, we will credit your return postage costs once the item has been delivered back to us. Please report all wrongly sent or defective items within 7 days of delivery please. 

Please ensure any returned items are sent using Recorded Delivery. We are unable to exchange items or offer refunds until the return has been physically delivered back to us.
